Situated in the heart of the rural market town of Monmouth, the 16th century Coach House Inn provides a great base to explore the beautiful Wye Valley and Forest of Dean, where you can discover world famous attractions like Tintern Abbey or the ancient Offa’s Dyke path.

Enjoy a warm welcome and choose from menus boasting quality, locally sourced Monmouthshire and Herefordshire meat, fresh fish and delicious desserts.

 

If you are looking for something lighter, why not visit us for afternoon tea and choose from our tempting selection of homemade cakes. In the spring and summer, our courtyard is a haven of tranquility less than a minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Monmouth town. Our recently renovated rooms offer fantastic 4 star en-suite bed and breakfast accommodation with a choice of double or twin/superking beds and includes traditional English or Continental breakfast.   

 

Our aim is to provide you with great food in a friendly atmosphere and to make your visit as memorable as possible, whether it is for a meal, coffee, or an overnight stay.
